Vintage Art Deco Wood Cabinet Tube Radio PhilcoAre you decoratign in the art deco style? Do you collect vintage radios? Do you like the table top wood type radios with deco form? I am selling this round end art deco philco wooden table top radio. It is model 41-231 from 1941 this is a tube tpye radio. It tunes in to sw channels and ma stations. It is working. It gets a lot of stations here on the east coast. I could not show the sound but i did show the tubes lit up ni one photo. The cord was frayed and i did splice on a new end. ( i recommend a more professional job ) the cabinet is walnut and has the original finish. It does not need refinishing. The dial window is good. All original knobs. This radio is fresh from an estate and if someone wanted to detail it (take it apart and clean and polish it professionally) it would really stand out even more than it does now. It measures 16 wide x 9 1/2 high x 6 1/2 deep. No back cover. Some minor scratches.
