Fabulous 1941 Zenith Beehive Amsw Deco RadionoreserveZenith model 6d512 pre-war 1941 radio. The case is close to perfect with one slight/tight hairline on the back top left edge. Otherwise, perfect. The set has the original z knobs, and broadcasts both am & short wave. An exterior antenna will help with short waev reception. Foreign countries are displayed on the dial. The radio plays great with no annoying filter hum. Beautiful z dial pointer. There is a retro-tronics back on the case, and the original model number is on the bottom of the case. This classic case design is attributed to robert davol budlong, one fo the great american industrial designers of the era. The size is about 12l x 7.5h x 6.5d. Shipping anywhere in the u. S. A.
