The cord is to bad ot plug in. The ball itself appears to be discolored and stained here and there. The brass band around the base is oxidized. Plaese look at the pictures for condition. If condition is a problem on ietms you buy, do not bid. Remember buying as is. Rate was based on a zoen 7 parcel post. Delivery confirmation is required.
